Scope of application
The VS-600LY vertical vacuum packaging machine is suitable for packaging large and non inverted products, such as rice, plastic pellets, chemical powders, feed, hardware molds, vegetables, fruits, agricultural and sideline products, Chinese herbs, oils, etc. The bag mouth of this model is sealed vertically, and a roller can be selected to cooperate with the assembly line for automated operation. The Y-shaped structure at the bottom of the equipment is more suitable for placing large and heavy products directly under the equipment for vacuum pumping and sealing packaging with forklifts or handcarts. The mold can shape the products into various shapes, making it convenient for packing, stacking, and transportation.
Mode selection
Multiple modes such as vacuum packaging, inflatable packaging, and sealed bag making can be selected separately according to packaging needs, reducing the wear and tear of some components and extending the service life of the machine;

Heating dual protection
The heating part is controlled by a contactless solid-state relay to prevent the relay contacts from being unable to disconnect due to excessive current. To avoid interference or improper parameter settings that may cause the heating temperature to be too high, this control part not only sets a parameter upper limit function in the software, but also configures a precision time relay as a secondary protection to ensure that the heating time will not cause misoperation due to interference or artificially set too high a heat sealing time.
Alarm system
The machine adopts an automatic detection system. In case of incorrect operation or malfunction during startup, shutdown, and use, the system will automatically sound an alarm until the fault is resolved.
